It includes a suite of editing tools for enhancing or stylizing images before converting them into real world assets (RWM) or NFTs. This process is designed to be straightforward, allowing users to distribute their RWMs for either personal use or commercial purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using MintPix ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
2. User Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use MintPix.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content created by you, including images and NFTs, remain your property. However, by minting an NFT through MintPix, you grant MintPix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You must ensure you have the rights to use any content you upload or mint. MintPix does not claim ownership over your content but is not responsible for any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights by users.
4. NFT Minting and Distribution
MintPix facilitates the minting of NFTs but is not responsible for the blockchain transactions, including but not limited to gas fees, transaction speed, or loss of NFTs due to incorrect blockchain interactions.
Users are solely responsible for the commercial or personal use of NFTs minted through our platform. MintPix does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice regarding the sale or distribution of NFTs.
5. Payment and Fees
MintPix may charge fees for certain services like premium editing features or expedited minting processes. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. MintPix is not responsible for any issues related to these transactions.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the creation or distribution of NFTs that violate copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and disclose information.
8. Limitation of Liability
MintPix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if MintPix has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; (v) or any other matter relating to the Service.
9. Termination
MintPix may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
10. Changes to Terms
MintPix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It's your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
